Terms of Service

These Terms of Service constitute an agreement between Alex Boch (operating as ELSE Operations) and the Client for consulting and implementation services described herein.

1. Definitions

Provider — Alex Boch, operating under the brand ELSE Operations, providing consulting and implementation services.

Client — any individual or legal entity that has accepted these Terms by booking a service or making a payment.

Services — consulting, implementation, and support services described in Section 3.

Acceptance — full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance occurs upon payment or written confirmation of service booking.

Pricing may be adjusted for scope on a per-engagement basis, agreed upon before work begins.

Payment methods: bank transfer, card payment via payment processor. Details provided upon booking.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of information shared during the engagement. This obligation remains in effect for 3 years after the engagement ends.

7. Limitation of Liability

Provider does not guarantee specific business outcomes. Results depend on Client's implementation of recommendations. Services are advisory and implementation in nature. Provider's maximum liability is limited to the fees paid by the Client for the specific engagement.

8. Intellectual Property

Deliverables created during an engagement become Client's property upon full payment. The Provider retains the right to reference the engagement type (not specific details) in a portfolio.
