About

Alex BochOperations Strategist · AI Automation Consultant

Alex Boch is an operations and AI automation consultant working with online businesses across the US, Europe, and international markets. He runs ELSE Operations — where he builds custom CRMs, operational systems, and AI agents for online schools, agencies, SaaS teams, and business communities.

For 6+ years he's been inside those businesses, not consulting them from the outside — running ops at Alliance, an international network of nine business clubs, and shipping production systems for Vision Club in Dubai. He doesn't sell PDFs. He ships code, agents, and running processes — and tests every one of them on his own business first.

The Path

I didn't start as a consultant. I started as a project manager inside online education — running launches, managing teams, fixing operational fires. After three years of watching the same patterns break in every company — lost leads, founders as bottlenecks, tools sitting unused — I realized the problem wasn't knowledge. It was systems.

In 2024, the second shift happened: ChatGPT and LLM tools moved past the demo stage and became genuinely useful — replacing hours of manual work with a prompt and a pipeline. Then in 2026, AI agents caught up — not a browser tab, but real autonomous production systems. I've spent the last year building them for the businesses I was already inside — Alliance, Vision Club, and several agencies and online schools running through my network.

What ELSE Operations is today: the same playbook, now available to founders outside my direct network. Same approach. Same hands-on. Not theory I haven't shipped myself.

How I Work

I build, I don't advise.

You're not getting a 40-page PDF with recommendations. You're getting working systems, trained teams, and code you own.

I test on my own business first.

Every agent, every workflow, every SOP pattern I sell — I run inside my own operations at Alliance before it ships to a client.

I stay until it runs without me.

The engagement ends when the system works autonomously for 2 weeks with zero intervention from me. Not before.

I work hands-on, one client at a time.

No team of junior consultants. No account managers. You talk to the person building your system.

Who I Work With

Good fit
  • Online schools and course creators, $30k+/mo revenue, 5–20 person teams
  • Agencies (design, marketing, dev) with 5–30 people outgrowing Pipedrive or Asana
  • SaaS teams in the $50k–500k MRR range that need ops structure before scaling
  • Business communities and membership businesses
Not a fit
  • Pre-revenue startups looking for a cheap CTO substitute
  • Teams under 3 people — you don't need a consultant, you need to focus
  • Enterprise with 100+ employees — different tooling, different problem space
  • Anyone expecting a "fractional hire" at $500/mo — this isn't that

Stack

My default stack: n8n for workflow orchestration, Claude and OpenAI for language tasks, Next.js + shadcn + Postgres for custom tools and CRMs, Notion and Airtable for lightweight operational data, Telegram API for internal bots. When something else is clearly better for the problem — I use that instead.

FAQ

Do you work with US/EU clients?

Yes — I work remotely with clients across the US, EU, UAE, and international markets. All engagements are remote-first — Zoom calls, Slack/Telegram async, shared Notion. I've worked with clients in 5+ countries so far. For US clients I typically cover calls 4–9pm GMT+3 (9am–2pm EST).

What's your English level for English-speaking clients?

B2 — fluent for all business conversations, workshops, team calls, and written communication. I don't use interpreters. Written deliverables (SOPs, documentation, system specs) are produced in clear, direct English.

How do engagements usually start?

With a free 25-minute Ops Audit call. I ask around 12 diagnostic questions about your operations. You get an email within 48 hours with your top-3 bottlenecks and a concrete plan — whether or not we work together. If there's a fit, I propose a specific service from the four I offer.

Do you work with one client at a time or juggle several?

Up to 3 active engagements in parallel — and I'm transparent about the load during our first call. If I'm at capacity, I'll tell you when the next slot opens. I don't take more than I can ship.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. Mutual NDA before sharing anything specific. Standard practice.

What if the engagement doesn't work out?

Every service has a written guarantee tied to a measurable outcome — listed on the Services page. If I don't hit it, I either keep working until we do, or refund the milestone.
